PUMPKIN EASE
A ‘NEVER-PEEL’ SOLUTION
Wrap whatever pumpkin choice (Butternut mine) in tinfoil twice.
Place in an ovenproof dish.
Bake 1 hour 180°C
Poke with a knife to check is is cooked through, ie soft.
Remove from oven and unwrap the foil. The pumpkin skin should peel off easily and the pumpkin used for purée or cubed for risotto ode sliced to fry as at ‘Beilage’.
