Rosemary BAKED POTATOES

Fresh rosemary twigs (2-3), and new potatoes (Annabelle is a super favourite) sloshed in great olive oil in an open ovenproof dish. Bake an hour at 200°C. Checking and shaking every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.

When we’re cooking, what is simpler than that?
